Laser cutting
A cut in the service of design.
Five laser cutting units ready to meet the demands of high customisation, accuracy, production speed and flexibility in both the type of machining and the choice of materials. Thanks to the new Optilex Fiber Mazak we can process not only stainless steel, aluminium and iron, but also copper, brass and titanium. With laser cutting, unique and customised objects can be created, with a guarantee of higher quality and time savings. Thanks to CNC control, very precise and finished cuts can be achieved, optimising space and material. A high degree of processing flexibility in total safety is also guaranteed through automatic sheet storage, loading and unloading systems. With our technologies, we can process sheets up to 3000×1500 mm in size and 0.1 to 20 mm thick.
TAG: VERTICAL MACHINING CENTRE (DRILL - LATHE - CHIP REMOVAL)

Thanks to our state-of-the-art machine tools, optimising production has never been easier. With the CNC vertical machining centre, each operation can be precisely programmed: drilling speed, hole depth and many other parameters can be customised according to customer requirements. Our fleet of machine tools also includes traditional equipment to meet the needs of even small batches.
LASER TUBE
Advanced laser technology for processing pipes and profiles.
We are proud to announce the introduction of the new Laser Tube LT7, a state-of-the-art automated system designed to maximise productivity at reduced costs.
With its advanced 3D cutting, we are able to handle tubes of different shapes and sizes: from round to rectangular, and special sections up to 152 mm diameter. In addition, its loading capacity of up to 8.5 metres and unloading capacity of up to 6.5 metres allows complex and customised machining without interruption.
Thanks to its self-configuration capability, with the LT7 we eliminate downtime between batches.
With the automatic adjustment of spindle, feeder and intermediate supports, it is possible to switch from one machining operation to another without interrupting the production cycle, optimising operational efficiency.
Welding
Functionality and aesthetics together.
Manual and robotized welding with five stations complete with Siegmund tables and Fronius welding machines, to guarantee high quality and perfection during processing: MIG/ MAG, TIG, on iron, stainless steel and aluminium of different thicknesses. Malagoli Aldebrando Srl is certified in compliance with European standard ISO UNI EN 1090 EXC2 for structural welding.
Bending
The right turn to your ideas.
Sheet metal bending with state-of-the-art CNC machines is carried out by means of the cold forming process, which makes it possible to obtain a variety of shapes using special tools, including customisable ones. All this thanks to the experience of our operators. With our machines, we can perform bending operations up to a maximum length of 3000 mm and a thickness of 20 mm.

From the customer's project to the choice of the most suitable materials, up to laser cutting and bending: this is what the experts in our technical department do every day, together with state-of-the-art machinery, to meet the customer's needs. The production cycle of Malagoli Aldebrando Srl stands out for its experience, professionalism and precision in the processing of cold sheet metal from 0.1 to 15 mm. Punching, bending, laser cutting, stamping, deep drawing, welding and prototype production are among our main processes. We have six workstations, equipped with CAD/CAM programmes and systems for direct interfacing with CNC machines, to follow project development from definition to prototype production.
